My father taught me to draw when I was very young. I started drawing my family and all our pets.
My sister has always been my best model. Early Saturday mornings I would sneak into her bedroom and draw her while she slept. That way she wouldn't move.

I draw mostly from my imagination now and often use reference.
I am a former teaching artist at the Memorial Art Gallery in Rochester, NY, and a former substitute teacher in all subjects, pK-12th grades.
I volunteered at the EquiCenter, a therapeutic equestrian program in Honeoye Falls, NY.
Currently, I'm an Illustrator/Writer working fulltime digitally in Procreate.
